The company was set up  more than 50 years ago,  in 1949 by Mr. Fernando Angulo García in the town of Lerma. At the bebinning it retained artisan production techniques and  the staff was mainly composed by two marriages and three employees .

After facing the tipical problems in a family company, the industry has been growing adapting itself to the market circumstances.

In November 1984 it was constituted as a public limited company and was called GALLETAS ANGULO S.A. In January 1985 the company started to work.

Nowadays the staff is composed of 35 workers. During last years the company has been making investments, buying machinery and enlarging the production area. Besides, a complete laboratory has been created aimed to verify the quality of raw and final products.
