Tiramisú OFF EGG BISCUIT
The classic Tiramisu recipe with which you will always succeed.
Made with Sancho Panza egg biscuits.

INGREDIENTS
- 400 g. Sancho Panza egg biscuit
- 4 Egg yolks
- 400 g mascarpone cheese
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 cup of coffee
- 1/2 glass of Amaretto liqueur or Rum
- Cocoa powder
- Dark chocolate
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl beat the egg yolks, add the sugar and mix. Afterwards, add the cheese mixture, stirring carefully until a smooth and uniform cream is obtained. Set aside. Prepare a cup of strong coffee and mix with 1/2 glass of Amaretto liqueur. Soak Sancho Panza biscuits without dripping.
In a bowl place a layer of biscuits and cover them with the cream we had reserved. Place another layer of biscuits and a new layer of cream on top.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and / or grated dark chocolate. Store in the fridge for a minimum of 24 hours before serving. The cooler it is the better!
